Kendi geliştirdiğim Canlı Web Sitesi IP Kontrolü eklentisi, piyasadaki benzerlerinden farklı olarak dış DNS sorgularına güvenmek yerine, tarayıcınızın o an kurduğu aktif TCP bağlantısını temel alır.

Neden Harici Sorgu Değil de Tarayıcı API’si?

Çoğu eklenti, alan adını üçüncü taraf bir servise sorar. Ancak bu yöntem, sizin bilgisayarınızdaki önbelleği (cache) veya o anki bağlantı rotanızı yansıtmayabilir.

Gerçek Zamanlı Doğruluk: chrome.webRequest API’sini kullanarak, sayfanın yüklendiği fiziksel sunucunun IP adresini doğrudan çekirdekten alır.
DNS Yayılım Takibi: Yeni bir sunucuya taşınma aşamasında, sitenin eski sunucudan mı yoksa yeni sunucudan mı geldiğini %100 doğrulukla görmenizi sağlar.

Teknik Mimari ve Uygulama

Eklentiyi geliştirirken performansı ve sayfa izolasyonunu ön planda tuttum:

Shadow DOM Kullanımı: IP gösterge kutusunu bir Shadow Root içerisinde izole ettim. Bu sayede, girdiğiniz web sitesinin kendi CSS kuralları eklentinin görselini bozamaz, stil çakışmaları yaşanmaz.
Cross-Context İletişim: background.js üzerinde yakalanan IP verisi, chrome.runtime.sendMessage ile aktif sekmelere iletilir ve anlık olarak ekrana yansıtılır.
Kullanıcı Deneyimi (UX): IP kutucuğu, sayfa içeriğini kapatmaması için akıllı bir etkileşime sahip; farenizle üzerine geldiğinizde otomatik olarak zıt köşeye geçer.

Precise Interception: Utilizing the chrome.webRequest API, the extension identifies the physical IP address at the moment of the response.
Shadow DOM Isolation: To ensure a consistent UI that doesn’t break the host site’s layout, the overlay is encapsulated within a Shadow Root.
